this mug is a mix of red and white clay body stoneware and is wheel thrown. the details are hand carved and drawn and then bisque fired . glaze was added and the mug was fired to cone 6 in an electric kiln.  the mug is dishwasher and microwave safe ,although handwashing is recommended.  This mug is one of a kind.
